Sherry Landwehr

A self-described “old house fanatic,” Sherry Landwehr is Colorado Springs’ expert in historic and vintage homes in the heart of town. As a homeowner in the Old North End, and having renovated multiple homes in the area with her husband, Sherry developed a deep well of knowledge about houses even before she obtained her license. She has built on this knowledge in her 10 years as a licensed Realtor, becoming an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Military Relocation Professional, and having consistently been one of Colorado Springs’ top producing agents.

When her twins were born prematurely, Sherry made the decision to become a full-time mother, and continued to do so through her children’s early lives. She also has experience in both the health insurance industry and in human relations, having worked at Memorial Hospital. Sherry’s work-ethic compliments her 100% commitment to each of her clients. She works through many varied transactions to make sure her clients achieve their individual goals. Her client reviews hail Sherry as a “steadying presence” no matter what the situation. In fact, Sherry loves the fast-paced array that the real estate profession brings, and truly enjoys working through the unique qualities of each transaction to make her clients experience the best possible.

Born in Pennsylvania, raised in Minnesota, and having lived in Colorado Springs for over 30 years, Sherry also has family connections in Holland, Michigan. Family is very important in Sherry’s life, and she and her husband have three grown children who live in Colorado. She enjoys watching them pursue their passions in life as a NICU nurse, an airline pilot, and an ever-evolving artistic spirited daughter who is just finding her way in the world. Sherry has numerous local connections from raising her three active and involved kids! When Sherry isn’t selling or renovating homes, she enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling with her family.
